1. General Information

GymCrush is responsible for preparing and dispatching your order, including packaging, product verification, invoicing, and shipment.
All deliveries are handled through BOX NOW S.A., under their official terms and conditions (boxnow.gr), which are considered an integral part of these terms.
A shipment is deemed to have commenced once GymCrush transfers the package to BOX NOW or delivers it to the assigned locker.

2. Shipping Details & Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure that all shipping information (name, address, phone number, email) provided during checkout is correct and complete.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to inaccurate details or failure to collect, GymCrush reserves the right to charge return or reshipment costs.
BOX NOW sets specific limitations regarding parcel weight, dimensions, and declared value (boxnow.gr); all orders must comply with these restrictions.

3. Delivery Times & Shipping Costs

Estimated delivery times depend on the selected BOX NOW service and the recipient’s location. GymCrush provides indicative delivery estimates at checkout.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer, as displayed during order placement.
GymCrush reserves the right to delay or modify shipments in exceptional cases (e.g., external logistics constraints, carrier disruptions, or force majeure).

4. Parcel Lockers & Pickup Procedure

Deliveries may be made via BOX NOW Lockers or alternative delivery points as specified in BOX NOW’s terms.
For locker deliveries, customers receive a unique PIN code via SMS and/or email, required to access their parcel.
The recipient is solely responsible for safeguarding this code and must not share it with third parties.

5. Prohibited Items & Non-Acceptable Shipments

GymCrush ensures that no shipped products fall under BOX NOW’s list of prohibited items (e.g., flammable, perishable, or high-value goods) as defined in BOX NOW’s policy.
If an order includes a restricted item, GymCrush may cancel or return the shipment after notifying the customer.

6. Damage, Loss & Delays

In the rare event of parcel loss or damage during transit, compensation will follow the terms and limits set by BOX NOW (boxnow.gr).
GymCrush bears no responsibility for indirect or consequential damages beyond those covered by BOX NOW.
In case of significant delay, BOX NOW’s terms and the applicable delivery guarantees will apply.

7. Returns & Reshipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered or is not collected within the designated period, it may be classified as “undeliverable” and returned to GymCrush, with the return cost charged to the customer.
Reshipments may incur additional shipping fees, which will be communicated to the customer in advance.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All shipments are governed by Greek law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
BOX NOW’s own terms also apply to the transportation phase of the delivery process.

9. Updates to Terms

GymCrush reserves the right to revise or update these shipping terms at any time, without prior notice.
Any modifications will apply to orders placed after the updated terms have been published on the official website.
