Our Return and Refund Policy has been drafted in accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, ensuring your rights are fully protected.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the statutory right to cancel and return your order within 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the goods. You do not need to provide any reason for the return.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to return the product via a clear statement by emailing us at gymcrushh@gmail.com.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return and full refund, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • The items were delivered to you within the last 14 days.

  • The items are in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and hygiene liners (if applicable) are still securely attached.

  • The items are returned in their original packaging.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are defective:

  • Underwear, bodysuits, and socks (if the hygiene seal has been broken or removed).

  • Items that have been visibly worn, washed, stained (e.g., by makeup or deodorant), or damaged by the customer.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these hygiene and condition standards. Such items will be sent back to you.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at gymcrushh@gmail.com with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Securely pack the items in their original packaging.

  4. Drop the package off at your chosen courier or postal service. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind / Sizing Issues: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect or defective item, GymCrush will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the items.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, IRIS, Viva Wallet, Apple Pay) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please note: It may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

6. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, you can email us at gymcrushh@gmail.com, and we will guide you through the exchange process depending on stock availability.

7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We take quality control seriously, but if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at gymcrushh@gmail.com. Please include your Order Number and clear photos of the defect or the wrong item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping charges, immediately.
