Refund Policy
1. General Information
At GymCrush, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days from the date you received it.
This policy applies in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and relevant Greek legislation.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
All tags, labels, and hygiene seals must remain intact.
You must include the receipt or proof of purchase in the package.
Returns will not be accepted for:
Used or damaged items.
Items without original packaging or hygiene seals.
Gift cards, digital products, or items purchased on final sale.
3. Return Process
Send us an email at support@lightgrey-ibis-562327.hostingersite.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.
Our team will confirm your request and provide return instructions.
You must ship the product back to us within 14 days after receiving our confirmation.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as GymCrush cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, Viva Wallet, Apple Pay, etc.).
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If the returned item shows signs of use or damage, GymCrush reserves the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly or reject the refund.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change an item (e.g. for a different size or color), please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lightgrey-ibis-562327.hostingersite.com.
We will replace the item at no additional cost, or you may choose a full refund.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company or bank — processing times may vary.
If the issue persists, contact us at gymcrushh@gmail.com and we’ll assist you immediately.
8. Shipping Address for Returns
All returned items must be sent to the address provided in the return confirmation email.
Please do not send products to any other address without prior approval, as this may delay your refund process.
